The Idaho Lottery lists them under "Scratch Games" on its own site. "Scratch Tickets" is simply what most players in Idaho call them, while "scratch-off" and "scratch ticket" are the terms used in other states. Every game ranked on this page is the same physical ticket, whichever name you use for it.
