Yes — Massachusetts scratch tickets and Massachusetts scratch-offs are the same thing: a paper lottery ticket you scratch to reveal whether it wins. The Massachusetts Lottery lists them under "Scratch" on its own site. "Scratch Tickets" is simply what most players in Massachusetts call them, while "scratch-off" and "scratch ticket" are the terms used in other states. Every game ranked on this page is the same physical ticket, whichever name you use for it.

Power Play™ Cashword, a $2 Massachusetts scratch ticket, was released on Dec 29, 2025 by the Massachusetts Lottery.
