- How it works
- Pick 5 numbers from 1 to 42. Match 2 to 5 of the 5 numbers drawn, in any order, to win.
- Jackpot
- The jackpot starts at $125,000. If no ticket matches all 5 numbers, its money rolls over to the next drawing's jackpot. Winning plays share the jackpot equally, and it's paid in one cash payment.
- Prizes
- Fantasy 5 prizes are pari-mutuel: about half of each drawing's sales goes to prizes, 72.51% of it to the jackpot, 8.70% to matching 4 and 18.79% to matching 3, and each share is split equally among its winners. Prizes are rounded down to the whole dollar and are at least $1. Each play wins only its highest prize, and a free ticket is a Quik Pik for the next drawing.
- Cash Match
- Georgia calls it Cash Match (Ca$h Match). Five Cash Match numbers, each with a prize, print on your Fantasy 5 ticket, and each one that matches one of your Fantasy 5 numbers wins its prize instantly, up to five wins a ticket. A retailer can pay it before the drawing and give you an exchange ticket for the drawing.
