- How it works
- Pick 6 numbers from 1 to 40. Match 3 to 6 of the 6 numbers drawn to win. Every ticket comes with a multiplier of up to 5X for the prizes for 3, 4 or 5 matches.
- Jackpot
- The jackpot starts at $1 million. The lottery raises it in $100,000 steps as sales add to the jackpot pool, so it may not grow after every drawing it isn't won. Winning tickets share it equally. A winner has 60 days from presenting the ticket to choose 30 yearly payments or cash: the advertised jackpot divided by the annuity factor, or the jackpot pool if that's more. With no choice made, it's paid in cash.
- Multiplier
- The multiplier is printed on your ticket when you buy it, at no extra cost, and multiplies the prizes for 3, 4 and 5 matches. It doesn't multiply the jackpot. The prizes shown are before the multiplier: the lottery doesn't publish how often each multiplier comes up.
- Prizes
- The Pick Plus is a separate instant game, $1 more a play, printed on its own ticket with one game board for each The Pick play, up to five boards a ticket. If any of your numbers on a board match that board's winning numbers, you win the prize shown. Arizona lists prizes from $2 to $50, and the odds vary by game and are printed on the ticket. It has nothing to do with the drawing.
