- Match all 5 digits in the exact order drawn.
- Box
- Match all 5 digits in any order. How many orders your number has sets the prize: 11112 is 5-way, 11122 is 10-way, 11123 is 20-way, 11223 is 30-way, 11234 is 60-way and 12345 is 120-way.
- 2-Way
- Michigan calls it 2-Way: a $1 bet split into a 50¢ Straight and a 50¢ Box on the same number. The exact order wins both prizes, up to $30,000, and any other order wins the Box prize.
- Wheel
- Michigan calls it a Wheel: a $1 Straight on every order of your digits, from $5 for a 5-way Wheel to $120 for a 120-way one. Whichever order is drawn wins one Straight prize.
- 1-Off
- Match all 5 digits in exact order for the 1-Off Straight prize, or win the smaller 1-Off prize when the other digits match in place and one is one up or one down: a bet on 12345 also wins on 02345, 22345, 11345, 13345, 12245, 12445, 12335, 12355, 12344 and 12346.
