- How it works
- Pick 5 numbers from 1 to 39. Match 2 to 5 of the 5 numbers drawn to win.
- Jackpot
- The jackpot starts at $100,000 and grows until a play matches all 5 numbers. Winners share it equally, and it's paid in one lump sum, with no yearly payments.
- Prizes
- Every prize below the jackpot is a set cash amount.
- Double Play
- Double Play is a separate drawing right after each Fantasy 5 drawing, using your same numbers, so one play can win in both. Its prizes are double the main game's below the top prize of $110,000, which Michigan says is shared equally if more than two persons win it. It's $1 more per play, per drawing, and sold only in stores.
- EZ Match
- EZmatch numbers and their prizes are printed on your ticket when you buy it. If an EZmatch number matches any of your Fantasy 5 numbers, you win the prize shown, up to $500, with no drawing. EZmatch is $1 more per ticket, however many plays it has.
