- How it works
- Pick a date: a month from 1 to 12, a day from 1 to 31 and a two-digit year from 00 to 99. It has to be a real date: February 29 only in a year divisible by 4, 00 included, and no February 30 or April 31. One date is drawn every night. Match its month, day or year to win, any two of them for more, or the whole date for $5,000.
- Prizes
- Every prize is a set cash amount, and each play wins only its highest prize: matching the whole date pays $5,000, not the smaller prizes too.
- Liability limit
- MyDaY pays set prizes, so the lottery caps what it can owe on the top prize at $200,000 a drawing, 40 top prizes. Once a date is bought so often that the limit would be reached if it were drawn, sales stop for it in that drawing, and you're asked to pick another.
